Sprout's "Justin Time"
 

A cartoon for pre-schoolers on cable/satellite's Sprout called Justin Time premiered recently and will launch on NBC Saturday mornings on July 14. It's misadventures of a little boy and his imaginary friend, a yellow, floating almost-square shaped blob with arms and a tuft of hair that can change into things when he needs to. There's a girl who joins them as well.

Obviosuly it's all E/I-mandated stuff, so unlike the exploits of our own Mac and Bloo, there are no grossouts, irreverence, or pop culture references. But here's a clip from the show so you can see.
