I like Troy McClure, although the haracter has now been retired after his voice actor died.

One of his films was called P Is For Psyco 8D

Also, I like the Monorail Man (who was also voiced by Phil Hartman), the cheery yet sleazy fellow with a song in his heart (many fans consider the monorail episode to be the greatest one)
