Outstanding short-form animated program:
Adventure Time With Finn & Jake, "My Two Favorite People"
Chowder, "The Toots"
The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, "Tee Hee Tummy Tums"
Robot Chicken, "Robot Chicken's Full-A$$ed Christmas Special"
Uncle Grandpa, special short feature
(Disney's Kick Buttowski got the only other nomination.)

Outstanding Voiceover Performance:
Seth Green, Robot Chicken, "Cannot Be Erased, So Sorry" (voice of Robot Chicken Nerd, Cobra Commander, movie narrator)
(Other nominations went to Archer, Prep And Landing and The Simpsons)

Outstanding Original Music Competition:
Batman: The Brave And The Bold, "Mayhem of the Music Meister"
(Other nominees were Flash Forward, Lost, Psych and 24.)

Outstanding Visual Effects:
Ben 10: Alien Swarm
(The Pacific and Virtuality were also nominated.)

CN was shut out from the main Outstanding Animated Program, which this year was not divided into Less Than One Hour and One Hour Or More.

No clue. I guess because the Emmy committee didn't see anything worth nominating that was more than an hour. Of the half-hour fare, this is what was nominated:
