J.K. Rowling being sued for plagiarism

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling is being sued for plagiarism by the estate of Adrian Jacobs, author of a 1987 book called Willy The Wizard (their official site is here).

Full story here. Sounds more like case of sour grapes over somebody's property not being as successful as another.

Whatever happened to the case for that book "Henry Trotter and the Muggles" or something like that? That seemed a lot more cut and dry.
