when i log in yesterday,an error message <status code="3" message="" /> appered.then i refreshed the page, deleted browsing history,and even reseted my Internet Explorer but not thing worked.helppppppp

That sounds to me like its on their end. If it is, there's nothing you can do but wait for them to fix it, if they ever do. :P
