Frankie was a treat to have around Foster's when she first began hanging around at her Grandma's Foster house after school. She was a welcomed child in the house to Imaginaries who hadn't been able to spend such long amounts of time with a child for so long.

Of course being a little girl now and then her activities in the house were rather girly, and she'd take turns inviting friends to her tea parties.

Here Wilt and Eduardo have been invited but of course they had to dress up for the occassion. Dresses picked out by Frankie personally so they're up to scale with the level of class she's come to expect in her tea parties.

Pass the cookies please.

I think Eduardo just loves the tea party,but Wilt doesn't look too happy.

Poor Wilt; he's got that same "rabbit in the headlights" look that most guys get when forced to do something "sissy" to appease a female, like shopping.

I wonder if Frankie ever asked Dutchess to one of her tea parties,but knowing Dutchess,I bet she turned down the invitation.
