Well, for starters, my favourite scenes are the following:

Movie - Osamu Tezuka's Metropolis.
Scene - The climax featuring 'I Can't Stop Loving You' by Ray Charles.

Movie - The 40 Year-Old Virgin
Quote - 'NO, Kelly Clarkson!'

Movie - Reservoir Dogs
Scene - The ear scene featuring 'Stuck In The Middle With You' by Steelers Wheel

Movie - Monster House

my favorite quote from a movie is in "V for Vendetta" when V says "People shouldn't be afraid of their governments; governments should be afraid of their people."

fav scene would be when Mel Gibson ambushes the British troops to rescue his son in "The Patriot"
