The Buried Carrots?
 

What's the deal? After I take the adoption paper that Eduardo found under the couch to Mr. Herriman (one of the favors) he keeps saying that a reward will be given to any friend who can "provide information as to the whereabouts of the carrots that Bloo buried somewhere in the backyard." Is this an actual "quest" or is it just something that he says randomly? Anyone know where these carrots are?

I appreciate it. I can't believe they'd dangle that in front of us when there's no quest, because it really sounds like one...
