Happy Easter, Everyone!

I hope that your days will all be filled with rebirth, renewel, and enough chocolate to make you vomit (well, my appeitite is good and whetted, how about yours?)

I'll probably get lynched for saying this, but I actually prefer this holiday in no small way to Christmas. It isn't forced upon you with quite the same ferocity, it comes around at a friendlier time of year, and there are images of cute little chickens and bunnies all over the place.

Given that this day has such strong associations with ovulation-shaped surprises, and so forth, I think it's only fair to give a couple of honours to everyone's favourite egg-laying avian:

;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Go Coco! I'm sure she'd be a riot to have around at Easter.

We wish you a Merry Easter and a happy new...uh...

A Happy Easter to one and all! :D Well, all except me, anyway; given that I'm in China right now, I'm having to miss Easter, just like I had to miss Christmas, so I'm spending this Easter weekend reading up for a literature essay. :frankiemad: I tell you, once I get back from here, I'm never leaving Britain again. :P

For now though, I'll let you all celebrate this one for me. May your Easter weekend be filled with rabbits, chocolate and tooth decay! :-*;)

Happy Easter, everyone! I command ye to eat lots o' chocolate! Unless you're lactose intolerant. Or you don't like chocolate. Or...whatever:P

Darn, how did I miss this one? Happy *belated* Easter. :)

Yeah Happy Ham Day everyone! (It's a requirement in our family that we have ham on Easter. Ham Or Death!!) Can you believe I didn't have a single piece of candy? Oh wait - I did bite off part of the bottom of a Reese's cup so Kiwi could get to the peanut butter. That was all though.

Happy belated-by-20-minutes-or-so Easter, one and all! Hope you got lots of Cadbury Creme Eggs!

Happy late Easter! The fun thing is, only 40% of the people where I live know the true meaning of Easter. 60% says 'getting chocolate eggs' or 'getting presents' or something dumb.

I didn't really do anything special on Easter. I got a call from my dad, who is in Seoul, Korea though. ;D

The true meaning of Easter? I personally look to what Lucy Van Pelt has to say on the matter - namely that Easter is, "a holiday where boys have the opportunity to give presents to pretty girls." :berry:

No Christmas in China, huh? Remind me to book a flight out there for next December (sorry, but I have a reputation to maintain amongst my family for being a total Scrooge. ;) )

Happy (belated) Easter, folks! Hope you had a good one!
