If there was a Foster's Adventure Game

Awhile ago we were all talking about what genre of game we'd like to see a licensed Foster's game as. We all know it would never happen, but alot of us agreed that a classic adventure game (like Monkey Island, Sam & Max, Grim Fandango(woo all LEC ref's)) would be the best bet.

Now lets say we were making such a game, what kind of puzzle would we throw in?

I'd like to see some loosely episode based puzzles as well as some original, the first one I can think of off the top of my head is one where you (You'd prob be playing as Bloo or Mac... Or maybe more characters in a Maniac Mansion like fashion) have to trick Madame Foster and Frankie to cook something other then IT.

Really there are lots of fun thing's you could think of for puzzles! I had more ideas when I came up with this topic, but right now I'm kinda brain dead (middle of the week, oi)

So lets hear your ideas, that are probably a million times better then mine! 8-)

Since I am working on my own game (well I *was* working on it, but I'm just so dang busy) I've already thought of some good puzzles. But I can't tell you guys, lol, since I still want to release the game. ;) But yeah, a game with puzzles to solve would be great.

A point-and-click game sounds like a good idea (think of the concept for the Wii or the DS, and you know what I'm talking about).;)

Also, it should have at least an original plot, but at the same time, it retains the humor, characters and storyline from the show.

To me, that's how a Foster's game should be.:)

I could code a Interactive fiction Game using TADS. I learned v3 of it for my Project course to finish my Programing degree. but since my writing is week I would need someone else to write the story, proofread and assist in the nontechnical creation process.

Adventure games are great!!!!

Foster's version of AD&D! We sit in your mom's basement eating icrowave burritos, light up some pachoutli, put on a Uriah Heep album, and roll us some d20!

not it for cleric...

no need for that,
Just use the game TOON from Steve Jackson.
It is better than D&D since you just steal the dice from Yatzee

Hrm... If anyone wants inspiration for a puzzle game, play Clickdragtype. It's really, hard, and awesome. ^^

It requires Internet Explorer or there will be some glitches... ::)

...but anyway, puzzles for Foster's obviously must be doable by some 9yo, and I'm not saying a 9yo can't complete ClickDragType, but it is way too hard for most of them. Somehow, I think we could do some Tile-Swap game (like Bejewled) with Goo's little IF's. ;)

Edit: I remember playing Scooby-doo Gameboy games which were completely about solving 1 biiiig puzzle. It could be something like that maybe!
