Lunar eclipse today

Yeah we couldn't see it because we're west coast. But the moon was PURDY in the evening! All amber-colored and huge.

Oh you were so unlucky. I was somewhere very dark and the amount of stars that became visible once the moon was eclipsed was really breath-taking. The moon itself was kinda two-tone with a bit of blue remaining. Not like when Hendrix was born.

Since I lived in the West Coast, I didn't see the lunar eclipse.
