Mac Cosplay - "Mascot" style

Well I decided to cosplay Mac at the 2007 Comic-Con (not my original plan, for anyone to whom I said I was planning something but that I wouldn't reveal what it was in case I didn't do it - now I'm not doing it, so I'm glad I never said :bendy: ). But anyways, I'm going to attempt to make a mascot head, I'm not just going to like, wear a wig or something. This is a full mascot-style costume, so I can match ORD with his Bloo mascot costume. :bloosmirk:

Anyways, I've started a blog documenting my progress. I did the first step today, so you can go look at that. I'll post here whenever I finish another step.

Mac Mascot Costume

Hopefully I can complete this as planned and not fail horribly. :P Lol.

Good luck! I can't wait to see it when it's done, and hooray for spreading the greatness of Foster's through cosplay!

Awesome idea! Gah, I would never want to attempt to actually make a mascot-style costume; it'd just be too hard;) Good luck8-)

Oooh good luck Sparky!

You're talented enough, I've seen some of the other things you have made, so I know you can do it ;)

The construction of the harness with chinstrap, and its attachment to the foam block, is now posted. It's looking pretty good, but its still much too wobbly. Even if I tightened the chinstrap. Its because the foam block is hollow I suppose. I'll try to find a way to staballise it somehow.
