Recipe: Eggnog For Two
 

I'd been looking for an eggnog recipe that makes fewer than a dozen servings, and I finally found one on allrecipes.com the other day. I'm drinking it right now, it's good. :) Contains raw eggs.

2 eggs
3 T sugar (or equivalent sweetener)
2 1/3 cups milk (can replace a cup or cup and a half with half and half - its good that way)
1 t vanilla extract
1 dash ground nutmeg
ice cubes (optional)

Throw all into a blender - the ice cubes help thicken it and make it colder. It's good. :goo:

seems to be missing an ingredient.

Ah, sweet sweet nog...the holidays would be so empty without it. ;D
