What is the most stupid commercials you've ever seen? You can either post the most stupid or the most funny.

The most stupid commercials I've ever seen was that Smiling Bob commercial.

Then there's that one funny one where those Fruit of the Loom guys beat on drums, and the women in underwear are dancing to the beat of the drums. And the one yellow guy, I can't remember what fruit, but he's pounding on the drum really fast and the black guy dressed as a grape just looks at him. 8D

Six words: "Headon, apply directly to the forehead!"

I hate hate HATE those crappily-made commercials that advertise "Chat with singles, right through your cell phone! Just text the word "LOVE" to 11123 to hook up today!"

I would say I hate the Girls Gone Wild commercials, but I laugh too much at those to hate them. I could care less about the girls, but I crack up at how many Girls Gone Wild vehicles they have. GGW tour bus, GGW jet, GGW rocket, GGW battle tank, GGW segway, GGW unicycle...

When that woman appears from around the corner in that Honey Bunches Of Oats ad and yells, "ARE YOU HUNGRY?" I want to go after her with a crowbar. >:(

So do I. So do a lot of people. That pest has been lambasted all over the internet from what I've seen. Sheesh, he's annoying! :P

He actually tried to rhyme the words "Wait and Pirate".... good gravy! :wiltshock:

If there's one commercial I actually genuinely like, it's the Washington Mutual commercials. I find the stogdy bankers' antics quite funny, but that's just me.

You mean the Wamu commercials? Yeah, some of those are funny.

I like the identity theft commercials where those people are speaking with someone else's voice.

"Silly Rabbit; Trix are for kids!"

That's getting so old. The kids really need to give the rabbit a bowl of the freakin' cereal already. I mean it's not like he's asking for world domination.

He did get a bowl once, almost. He disguised himself very well, bought a box at some store, got it home, poured himself a bowl, and discovered that he was out of milk. On came the voiceover, asking, "Got milk?" I almost died laughing. :)

I only saw it once. I tried leaving the VCR on for long stretches to catch it, but it never aired again. Too bad, it was a classic.

I also like that one Got Milk? commercial that portrays this really sad-looking family. All of a sudden, Pillsbury Doughboy pops out and says something like, "Woohoo! Who wants cookies?!" And this celebratory music starts playing and the family's all happy, but all of a sudden, the mother (or was it the grandma?) comes out of the kitchen and says, "There's no more milk!" And then there's this stunned silence and Pillsbury Doughboy's jaw drops and he looks shocked. I can't describe it very well...You have to see it in order to fully appreciate it.

I love the Skittles commercial with the creepy singing rabbit!

I like the cellphone comercial when the mother and daughter are yelling at each other like their fighting but their saying kind things XD

I like that one identity theft commercial that has the guy sitting in the chair with a beer, with a girls voice, and he's all...."So, I was at the mall and I saw this leather boostiay, and I was like oh my gosh, I just have to have it!", or something like that.
And I feel like running over one of those Girls whose Gone Wild with their GGW van.
Has anyone seen that commercial on CN? It's all animated, where the little girl gets Eggo waffles or something, and the dad somehow gets dragged out the window. Anyway, the music on there reminds me a lot of Foster's.

The American version gets shown in theaters in Surround Sound now and then. It's incredibly annoying. Drown the girls and feed the writers to the wolverines. :P

Do you have Coco-Pops breakfast cereal in the US? They've been running a series of adverts based on this crummy cartoon monkey character (sadly called Coco) for about 20 years but ran out of rhyming couplets for jingles about Coco, his jungle friends and his crocodile enemies about 19 years ago and these days they'll just throw anything in regardless of whether it rhymes or makes any sense at all.

Sometimes desparation is cute. I like Coco-Pops.

We've got Cocoa-Puffs and that stupid loud bird, whom I'd love to see our Coco beat the crap out of. Fanart, anyone? ;)

I like that Skittles commercial where there are these teenagers sitting on a rainbow and when the one kid questions its existence, he falls through it.

On Adult Swim there's this commercial for Robot Chicken (narrated in the traditional deep gravelly voice, of course), and it's like:

"In the light of a dim pale blue dawn, you've waited...

But now that thing you've been waiting for the happening of is here...

....to bring the waitingness....

....to an endingness."

It's amusing.

One on CN I like is that one that comes on at about 6:30 am. It's the one with the rapping fork, plate, and spoon. I have to stop and watch it everytime, it's rather amusing.
"Now, now eat it! Now, now eat it!"
"Chew it up! Chew, chew, chew it up!".

I know and I hate it. It is like I just finished watching a cute/funny Fandango commercial and then it is all like

"FANTA, FANTA, I KNOW YOU WANTA, LOLLLERZ!!!1!" and then I want to scream 'Kill it with tire!' Blargh.

You know it's weird that you say you saw it on CN, because whenever I see it, it's on Nickelodeon. It came on all the time, almost to the point where I could list all the breakfast foods they named off, but the one I remember the most is, "Cereal and milk! Cereal and milk!".

My favorite commercial is from last year. It's a Dr Pepper commercial, and it's got Meatloaf singing that "I'd Do Anything for Love but I won't do that" song in the background... It's got the guy who buys tampons and goes bra shopping with his girlfriend, but when she wants a sip of his Dr Pepper, he dumps her.

My least favorite commercial is the one with the Pop Tarts and the freaky music where they all get frozen. I started a thread about it a while back here because it freaked me out so much:

You know, I'm an obsessive Skittle-eater, and yet I have never seen that commercial. That song the rabbit was singing is what made it so hilarious!!!8D
