Happy New Year to you, blader207 and all my chums and pals scattered round this old planet.

It's been nearly half an hour since Big Ben ding-donged us into 2009 here. So far it's been a great year, I've had a nice cup of tea and pretty soon I'll be doing some more of my favourite things like dreaming and snoring. Hope all of you still in last year have a great time for the rest of it.

In celebration of the new year, someone set off a major-league firecracker in the parking lot a moment ago. A couple of car alarms are blaring, and I can see a small black circle where there used to be snow. 2009 is off to a fun start. 8D

A lovely suggestion, but how about we try and be more frugal? Hmm...How about we all try and leave the computer more? (I can feel myself getting stoned already...either that, or tarred.)
