I hope no other cities end up doing that..... One person's opinion of "annoying" can differ from another's.

....So that pretty much means you can't do ANYTHING in public, then. All you can really do now is be muted robotic beings on autopilot...

The writer of the article is probably referring to "annoying" as to ticking people off, more so than just making people roll their eyes and try to get away from the culprit. It worries me though how bad this city has gotten to where they have to pass a law like this. :P I lived in Michigan for a year, although not in this city. I wonder if it will stick?

What wouldn't I give to have that ad banned forever? For the longest time I didn't even know what the darn product did. It's useless as much as it is annoying. :P
