Foster's Theme Remix
 

I just made a little 8-bit like remix of the foster's tune and i kinda liked it:

OMFG! THANKS! It _could_ be better if I somehow managed to make an 8 bit remix with the intro too - I only used a hihat instrument and the main one. :)
It'd probably be ugly as hell. :P

Ooooh I like this! It reminds me of whenever they used to make cartoon- or movie-based video games for the NES/SNES and they had to redo the music.

With this I can get a mental image of what a Foster's game on one of those would look like on the NES or SNES - I could maybe see every character having a different needed skill, like Eduardo being able to pick up heavy things, Wilt being able to reach high-up things, Coco being able to produce set things on a whim...

Of course it would be HARD as is every other cartoon-based NES/SNES game. If you've ever played the Animaniacs on SNES you'll know what I'm talking about.

(Edit: Hah this is almost as catchy as the real song! I can't stop - I've listened to it so many times within like, a 7-minute period. Good job!)

1) Well there is that Foster's game coming out for the Game Boy Advanced this Winter, which from the look of things will be a side scroller, only in this case the only playable characters will be Mac and Bloo.

2) Yes, I've played Animaniacs for the SNES and I share your pain, but I can't stay mad at Konami because they did also release that awesome Adventures of Batman and Robin game, around the same time.

3) And so as not to thread jack I'll just say once again this music track was "teh Awesome" and hopefully you'll make some more in the near future, HappyFoppy.

The second one was a bit off track. What program did you use to make the remixes? I started aaaaall from nothing (not meant broasting or so) - I only listened to the tune like 500 times - But maybe you might be able to get something nice with the original mp3 too! :D

are you saying you wnat the original mp3 to? i used garageband mostly. if your running windows i really dont know what to use. i know the 2nd one is messed up. i really only took me a few minutes to make each song.

Dang. That's a lot of computers. I thought my house had a lot. (One for each person.) I could sure use me a new computer. Mine'll just turn off by itself. It's so annoying.

i think my computers know what will happen if they tryed somthing like that. i save all my stuff to my ipods so i can switch computers and the computers wont lack memory.

Both sound pretty awesome, the Foster's theme always does. (I just saw Foster's and played the mp3 of the original tune together, lol.) I play it sorta often on piano... ;)
