Jackie Khones
George Mucus got a thread before Jackie Khones? Humph...
Figured I'd better get the ball rolling! Jackie Khones - he rocks my socks. His one-line statements almost par the timing and humor of Silent Bob's. What are your favorite ones? I like "Gotta tie it to the bed post first" and whenever he greets the (attempting to hide) Bloo! 8D |
Yeah, those are my favorites, too. Brillant...
|
He's great little punchline.
|
I can't see why anyone would give him up. He's just about the most inoffensive little guy I know, and his upkeep can't cost much. Y'all think we'll meet his creator in GWH?

Muahahaha, maybe Khaki Jones will be animated. 8D
But I LOVE Jackie. He's so awesome. ;D |
Hah that would be great if his creator turned out to be Khaki Jones! (or at least someone who looks like him, kinda like the indirect reference to Craig in One False Movie)
Nonetheless, I know I'D never give up Jackie Khones. |
three words:
Jackie... Khones... Rules... He is so funny! |

Yeah, I thought Khaki was a guy too until I saw the pictures from the Comic Con.
|
Is it just me or does anyone else think Jackie is slightly based off of Plankton from Spongebob?

But then again, Jackie never struck me as the megalomaniac-type. ;) |

Well, Jackie's creator DOES look like Khaki.
|
I love Jackie. With his Barry White voice and knack for saying great things at inopportune times (with Bloo, anyway), what's not to like? PLUS, he plays the violin - at least he does in BFAHP. :jk:

Yeah, good point. I can't imagine him laughing maniacally while trying to take over Foster's or whatever (although you must admit, it would be interesting :P). |

If you need me, I'll be kicking myself for the next few hours. |
You know what'd be awesome is if there was a "SpongeBob SquarePants"-"Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends" crossover and Plankton used Jackie Khones to take over the house because Jackie believed they were long lost brothers. :D
|
Quote:
or if there was a crossover and it is unvailed that Jackie is really just an older version of plankton. and then he reverts back to his older Plankton personallity and takes over the house. and then spongebob pops out of the tub, and then Ed saves the day by baking Pies. Monty :-/ |
Eduardo and SpongeBob should team up as they're voiced by the same person. And I could see Patrick and Coco getting along. :bloocross:
But Jackie Khones and Plankton would be a must. |
I think everyone is getting off topic here.....so anyways...
I love Jacki khones,I thought he wasnt so cool but in the room thingy....I found out he planned to get the gangs room!!!!WHAT A COOL LITTLE DUDE!8D |

Jackie is cool character to have in Foster's. He's one of my favorite characters in Foster's. Jackie seems to be in random places at any episode. Anyway, he's small, but taller as Plankton from "SpongeBob SquarePants". Jackie is good to have around Foster's.
|
Jackie's negativity is very good for him. It just fits him so well.
I love his low voice,. He's so cool. I want a plushie. |
I like Jackie in a background character sense. His whole sandwich deal he took Madame Foster to court over in Cheese-a-Go-Go, though, was extremely uncool. Especially since it indirectly lead to almost everyone else to jail, himself included. All for one measly sandwich and a bag of chips in a case he shouldn't have rightfully won, but did only because Frankie got tied up over her other errands. I was hoping he'd get his comeuppance at the end from Madame Foster, but no dice.
|
Prior to this seaon, I'd never really perceived Jackie as being so negative or confrontational, which is really not so cool. His appeal was that he'd always pop in at the least-expected moment and have some droll comment on whatever situation was at hand, or point out something that was very obvious anyway, then leave. He never gave any indication of disliking anyone or having issues with anyone, and it really does not make sense that he'd really challenge the person who OWNS the house where he is allowed to live, with HER permission, absolutely free of charge-talk about biting the hand that feeds you! It's kinda OOC that he's suddenly developed this animosity towards Wilt, too, unless he was THAT mad over that glop of potato salad in his lemonade!

I wouldn't say that Jackie particularly dislikes Wilt, my guess is that it's like... It's monday morning, you're late for breakfast, Mr Herrimans probably gonna tan yer 'ide and your in a REALLY foul mood, when suddenly, BAM! You're blinded by a giant gleaming smile and deafened by a "Hey JACKIE!" followed by a few annoying conversations when all you wanna do is just get on with your daily duties and not have someone chattering in your ear about how great this morning is.
Jackie, in my opinion, is always just a bit grumpy, and when Wilt is all happy, happy, happy, if I was in Jackie's position (only not as low down if you know what I mean) I'd probably want nothing more than to punch the guy in the face. I love Wilt and all, but I'd imagine he could get pretty annoying if your a bit fed up... |

Everyone else: O____________O||||| lol you're right though, honestly Wilt would be rather annoying be be this happy bouncing ball of bright cheery grin while everyone else is all like grouchy and stuff XD :jk: Jackie has become a somewhat more prominent character over the series. He reoccurs so often XD I don't mind the little character development he has, actually, and the slight "animosity" towards Wilt. It's kind of fun to watch actually, knowing both he and Wilt are voiced by Phil XDD I died laughing at their little argument in "Say It Isn't So", he just shoots Wilt down completely and Wilt's all oblivious and stuff XDDD |
Anything this little guy says is really funny! Mainly because he's so smart-alecy. But he needs to stop being grumpy, espescially towards Mr. Happy Go Lucky! :D :D

My Take on This IF
This guy cracks me up beyond belief. Seriously. His witty comments and sly moves (when he tricked friends in BOE into making him sandwiches) are just too great. I like grumpy characters...they make me laugh so hard becasue I can relate half the time.
And what about his relationship with Fluffer Nutter? :-* |
Pretty much all I've seen and heard of Jackie Khones episode-wise was his little line in "World Wide Wabbit". He sounds quite legendary from what I've heard here though. And I like the gimmick with his voice and appearance NOT matching one bit.:)
|
Well, I'm gonna see is I can contribute something intelligent here...
I will freely admit that my Jackie exposure has been rather limited; however, I do enjoy him imensely. I love the one-liners that introduced us to him in the first place, not to mention his voice, and it seems like after reading about "Jackie Khones and the Case..." there's a little soft spot in my heart with his name on it. I know it sounds weird, but I am developing a small attachment to him. <Shrugs helplessly> |

In fact... Something like this, perhaps? This is what I do when I'm bored... :jk: |
Haha! That's a great picture!
Their reactions are spot-on I'd imagine =D (600th post, woot woot!) |
Jackie is my fave character.
Khones pwns. 'Nuff said. I love his relationship with Fluffer though. It makes me lmao |
