Lauren Faust at CosmicCon

Hey everybody!

I'm dropping a line to those of you who may be attending ComicCon in San Diego. I'd like to invite you to come by my own personal booth (#4615) where I will be featuring my personal project Milky Way and the Galaxy Girls! I'll be selling my self-published book, shirts featuring my designs and lots of other goodies. I'm also offering up my own hand-made plush art rag dolls for pre-order.

Also, Craig will have a little corner where he'll be offering some goodies of a new (non-Foster's) character he's been messing with. He'll even have a sketchbook featuring his drawings!

This is a very big venture for me, going it alone with my own art and my own ideas, and I'd appreciate any support you can offer. If you want to see more, you can check out my site, MilkyWayandtheGalaxyGirls.com, or my blog (which features more art and work-in-progress type stuff,) The Solar Sisterhood.

Also, for those of you not attending, my book is now available on Amazon just in case you feel like splurging!

I'd love to hear your feedback and for those of you attending the COSMICcon, come by and tell me you're from Never Forgotten and I'll draw you your favorite Foster's character!! Honest!! :D

Thanks so much,
Lauren Faust (aka:girl_named_goo :goo:)

Thanks Lauren, I'm sure pbl (who can't make it) would appreciate a drawing for her birthday. :D See you there!

Hey Lauren! I've been a common visitor to your blog, and I agree, you do awesome work! Triple congrats on Milky Way and the Galaxy Girls, and also your book. Huzzah! Huzzah! Huzzah!:clap::clap:

Man, I so wish I could go to SD, but alas, it is not possible this year (not to mention, too late now, isn't it?) Have a great week down there. Say "Hi" to the Foster's cast and crew for us. We will eagerly await stories from the Con. And stay safe! :D

Ahhh I would kill to be able to attend and come over to your booth, not only to check everything out but maybe get a drawing of Wilt =D

Maybe next year D:

Yeah, I can't make it, for various reasons, unfortunately. Maybe next year... if that's OK.

Hey Lauren!

Sometimes, I just wish I'd live closer to California! For some reason, everything happens there. Galaxy Girls looks really good!

Awesome! I'm coming down on both Friday and Saturday this year. Hope to meet you and Craig! I would definitely love an Eduardo sketch to call my own.

Congratulations on your book, Lauren. I won't be able to make it to the Con but I do wish you success on your individual project. Oh and happy birthday.;)

Lauren's a true charmer as well as a terrific talent in cartoons. I bought a T-shirt from her of a design that Craig did on his own time of a rather hirsute figure in a hillbilly hat walking around. Craig says the character has no name, but unofficially he's "The Wanderer."

Wish I was there.
