Nice find!
how have i never seen those in stores? Raaaagh!
That's because they were never available in stores, from what I've read. I think they were found at Comic-Con in the year the show premiered.
Eduardo and Coco just became available, albeit not separately, for $0.99, +$4.95 for shipping.

question
Are there any other foam friends or are those it?
The "Foster's Five" are the only characters that were made. I wish they'd made one of Frankie, of course, and Madam Foster and Mr. Herriman, but unfortunately they didn't.
question
It would be neat if they made more foam friends besides the "fosters five":cheese: . Do you know who made them? (like the brand or something like that):P
The only brand name on the packages is Cartoon Network; they were manufactured in Korea. I think only a limited number were made, and they were a promotional item, given out to the press and to CN staff; they were never meant to be a retail item. I was dang lucky to find these, but another complete set may turn up on eBay eventually.
okay
Now I understand.:) I've noticed that promotional items like that usually only have those 5 characters(which makes sense for promotional items only).

Long time no see for these. A Wilt foamie is available:

Just plastic cutouts? Where's the foam?
