rock the boater hat is on curse of the pearl (the pirate's game) level 2
robin hood is the food game (forgot it's name, the one where you serve ice cream) level 1, and on level 2 you get the hocuspokus hat

Maybe everyone's game is different, but the Banana hat was the first one I ever got and I have never made it past level 3 of Cracking Up. I think I got mine from the Bloo game.
