Even thgough I just turned 20 this last week there are still lots of cartoons I like to watch. I'll do a list later, but one show I have been revisiting lately is Disney's Recess (you can just call it Recess, but I've added 'Disney's' just in case). It was shown on Saturday mornings ten years ago and I watch it every week. I've recently been watching again on youtube, as I haven;t seen it in years, and whist some things form childhood mind not stand up well today, this show certainly isn't one of them! The animation looks a little dated, but there is certainly a timeless appeal to it, and I enjoy just as much now as I did then. Watching back I am surprised as to how articulate it is, especially Mikey's poetry or Gretchen's technical analysis'.

I got a new favorite toon that just debuted this past year.

Archer which is a spy spoof from the minds that brought us such Adult Swim shows as Sealab 2021 and Frisky Dingo.

It's basically what you would get if you threw James Bond, Arrested Development the Office and the two previously mentioned shows into a cocktail shaker and shook it up nice and quick.

Seems that CN has decided to bring back one of my old favorites, Thundercats:

I'm honestly not sure how I feel about this. Are they going to be true to the original series or will the new show be a barely recognizable remake? :macwor:

They've got a good team behind it, so I have no reason to believe that this won't be a worthwhile remake.
