Make Frankie hair, go to Foster's, get Frankie to the mirror and change it. It looks nothing like frankie in my opinion.

It looks pretty accurate to me..

(Also, making new hair isn't as easy as that :x Recolouring hair is, but to make completely new hair requires knowledge of how to make meshes. It's not as easy as it sounds.)
