Disco Inferno
On the official Happy Tree Friends website. It's the kind of online mini-game you can totally squander a significant proportion of your morning playing. Of all the online games they have available, I'm naturally most drawn to this one, since I get to play as my favourite HTF character. And that's awesome. http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/4...fernoiihf9.png It's quite simple, really. You just have to use your mouse to direct Disco Bear around the dance floor, catching the falling white musical notes and scoring points. Those red flaming ones...they're not your friends, and are best avoided at all costs. To get hit will result in an increasing amount of bodily damage as the game goes on (this being HTF, don't expect the outcome to be entirely pretty). As you can see, I've already started failing on poor DB in this particular round and caused one of the danged things to become lodged in that fabulous orange afro of his, but then it was pretty hard to stay properly focussed upon controlling the mouse whilst taking a screenshot at the same time. |
pokemon diamond.
hooray i just caught a shaymin. hooray action replays. |
Road Rash 64.
I almost forgot about the game. It's pretty badass. |
Soulcalibur II
I'm almost done with Weapon's Master Mode. Xianghua, Cassandra, and Yun-seong are my mains, though I think I'm decent with Link (I have the Gamecube version) and Talim. Ivy and Maxi are... very different stories. And let's not discuss Voldo. *shrugs* I've also been playing F-Zero X, courtesy of Wii Virtual Console. Even though it's about ten years old now, it still looks awesome and is a very solid racing game. I've currently completed all of the cups in the novice and standard levels. All that is left is the expert level and the X-cup (or whatever it's called). Oh yeah, and the time attack and death match modes. |
Contra III and Castlevania IV. I really wish I could go back in time to the 16-bit era and experience these masterpieces for the first time all over again. :D

The World Ends With You (DS)
An awesome contemporary RPG from Square-Enix which can be best described as the love child of Kingdom Hearts and Earthbound (In terms of looks, story and setting.) The best parts of the game to me is the frantic battle system in which you have to control two characters at once, on each of the DS's screens. It sounds a little daunting at first but once you get used to it becomes second nature (And you always have the option to have the computer control you're partner.) and the fact the game actually rewards you by taking breaks in between play sessions, you can level up automatically by leaving the game off for long periods of time. All in all if you have a DS and love RPG's get this game. |
I've settled back into playing Medieval II Total War. I've also been getting an itch to play LOTR The Battle For Middle-Earth II again too.:D

Grand Theft Auto IV
One of the anticipated games that I have been looking forward to, Grand Theft Auto IV certainly deserved to be one of the best games out there so far in 2008. The game has made some great improvements in terms of story and gameplay, especially since this time, the player could make decision that could result in certain outcomes in the mission, plus, it had a great cast of colorful characters, even though the voice actors themselves are recent and new. Overall, the best and favorite GTA game and certainly Game of the Year. |
I agree man GTA4 is awesome on so many levels, i absoluteley love watching tv in the game lol.
|
rock paper siscors extreme deathmatch on adult swim.

Sonic and The Secret Rings - I hate the leveling up system, the stages and controls are great though. |
bully
beat it today. man gary is insane. although i thought the final battle with him was way too easy. |
I'm currently playing Imagination Invaders.
It's pretty fun... I've already beat it twice. |
drawn to life

Last night I played Mario 2 on the SNES... gotta love the oldies =D

anyhow, the last game i can think of that i played was comix zone, which is pretty fun, when i can figure out what im doing in it. |
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Gamecube)
I've owned it since it came out, but after reaching the Arbiter's Grounds, I suddenly found myself without enough time to play it. I plan to b eat the game by the end of the week if I can, and just defeated Zant today. It's beyond awesome. |
Lego Indiana Jones.
It's so fun. I hope they make another for KOCS, a fifth movie (if they make one) or re-make some of the other games. |
I just got Drawn To Life today. I've only played it a little, but it's already so much fun!
|
Looney Tunes: Cartoon Conductor. (DS)
A stylus controlled rhythm action game similar to the DS's own Elite Beat Agents/Ouendan... games. Only instead of wacky anime influenced Cheerleaders/Secret Agents it's Bugs and the gang at the helm. And instead of American top forty hits or Japanese pop songs it's classical music all the way. Not bad for only 20$ |

last game i played was probably tony hawks underground 2. dont know why i started playing it (alot) again. but i have, and its pretty fun. |
The World Ends With You (DS) (The stylish hyper-kinetic role playing game I was gushing about several posts back.)
I finished up the main game a few hours ago (The last boss is a real prick, even on "easy") however this being a modern JRPG there is still plenty of stuff to do after the game has been finished. |
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
One of the few best games so far in 2008, along with GTA 4 and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Of all the Metal Gear games, MGS 4 is perhaps more action-packed, along with some emotional moments in the game. In some ways, it also wrapped up some loose ends that began with Metal Gear Solid. In another way, it's somewhat a bittersweet ending, as MGS 4 marks the final appearance for Solid Snake, nor will Hideo be involved in the series anymore.:( Regardless, however, this is the best game out there for the Playstation 3. |
war of the monsters on the PS2.
pretty fun game with some cool monsters (more or less based on various monsters) first game i got for the PS2, and first time i've played it in a while. fun game. |
How much do Wiis cost? I checked online & all I can find are Wii bundles or expensive used wiis.
|
Most big box stores in North America have Wii's priced at around the 269.00-270.00 dollar mark. Anything more would be too much.
Yeah avoid bundles like the plague, those are just the sellers way of getting rid of the crappy games and useless accessories they bought too much of and couldn't sell on their own. |
Yeah but the ones I see has SSB! I might get one soon since my mom wants one. (She grew up with the original Nintendo system)
|
sega superstars tennis. i think it was a good buy at $20 new.
|
I am currently playing GTA San Andreas (still so much fun) and NBA Live 2005 (still fun too)
|
I'm really itching to play some Diablo and Diablo II again after seeing the reveal of Diablo III. I'm so hyped that I'm going to have to go looking for the Diablo game box set because I don't actually have the game anymore.8D
|
LOTR The Return of the King. Still one of the best movie tie-in games out there. Great, graphics, a great soundtrack, great action, and some intense moments. Two thumbs way up!
|
sonic 3 and knuckles, which i beat for the first time in a few months today. easily my favorite sonic game. :D
|
Psychonauts.
I'm doing another play through, one great thing about this game is every time you play you find new things that you never knew were there! One of the reason it's my favorite game ever =D *worships Double Fine* |
sonic CD.
i love the internet. :D |
Gitaroo Man Live
It can be difficult to play at first, but once you get use to the gameplay, it's simply easy; plus, the songs and music are quite catchy. |
Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 (DS)
With this game (And it's predecessor) you too can become a master surgeon with the use of your stylus and touch screen. (Or you have the Wii versions of Trauma Cneter, your remote and nunchuck.) You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll drain the puss out of tumors and you'll use the power of the healing touch to kill monster like viruses, all in the name of saving lives. |
