Maybe Ed just had to have the tooth pulled like for an absess or something, though those are usually more common in the back teeth. If it just got knocked out there really wouldn't be any reason to go to the dentist, except to try and put it back in(yeah, they can do that sometimes). It was definately gone, though, so that apparently wasn't the case. It could have been crowding some other teeth, or causing some chewing problems-I had to have some incisors pulled as a teen for that reason prior to installing braces. Still, it DOES make you wonder if there was any correlation between Ed's dental issues and Wilt's emotional issues in the same episode.

It was a pain colouring majority of the lines. I still see mistakes, but I'm not THAT much of a perfectionist.
