You are right... And I hate to say this again, but...

Any volunteers?

I can beta read very well, if that's a help...

I can do a LOT for the Wikia. :D ;D

rukift 08-27-2006 09:22 AM

Come on, we still need a head writer. :P You up for it?

Kippixel 08-27-2006 09:27 AM

Um, uh, I could maybe do it. MAYBE. What would I need to write about if I was to accept teh role? D:

I'm already the episode coordinator person. Kip, can I call you Kip, you'd need to write about the characters, get some random trivia about anyone in the show, and yeah. You wouldn't need to get *too* detailed, just enough to give people an idea. And of course, other people would be able to edit your stuff. ;)

rukift 08-27-2006 10:52 AM

Oh duh, you're already the Episode-type-person. My bad!

I think Ch3353 has summed it up the best: Pretty much anything that can be written about. If you were to take the job, then you'd start out by making character profile pages and episode overviews. Simple things like that, then more people could expand on what you've made.

However you would have to go much more in detail with the characters. A good example of this would be looking up a pokemon Growlithe on Wikipedia compared to looking up the same one on Bulbapedia. Although it doesn't look like too big of a difference, the Bulbapedia gets down to the real nitty-gritty of the monster in the games. I suppose the equivalent for what we're going to do would be that instead of giving each character a paragraph or a few lines to sum them up, we'd give them a whole page. We'd go over their personality, relationships with other characters, how they've changed over time, that sort of thing. I'm confident that you could pull off such a thing, Kip.

lucyrocks73 08-27-2006 11:18 AM

Yeah, I think you could do it. And we'll help. We just need a Head Writer and the rest of us can help.

By the way, Kip, you have avery violent siggy... It cracks me up everytime I see it...

Speaking of siggies, ruki, your new one (which I saw on DeviantArt yesterday) looks very nice, and I think we got the best person for the job when we made you GC.

Ahh thank you :D I won't let you guys down.

After looking around some other Wikis, I think I already know what to do for the layout. But once that's done, then that's it, there won't be much more for me to do other than memorising a bunch of jpegs. XD

lucyrocks73 08-27-2006 11:30 AM

Well, I think that we should get a PhotoBucket account for the Wiki, so we can have all of the pictures at one place.

I would also like to have a page for every episode (that's going to take FOREVER, but I think I can work on it) complete with airdate, trivia, summary, title card, and screencaps (Sparky, if you're reading this, I will not hotlink... that's what the PhotoBucket account will be for).

Any suggestions?
