8D The counter HAD to be cleaned.

So, this season is over now, right?

A clean counter is a happy counter. :herriman:

Stars, I can hear Mr. Herriman's voice in my head saying that. 8D

Season Two is over, yes; it ended in Post #570 with the arrival of Captain Fairlight and the long-overdue installation of Bon Voyage. I'm not certain when the third season will begin but I'll probably post some more "between seasons" pics in the meantime.

The magic of the bubble blower drives your mind away from an easedropping wolf with glowin' eyes. Niiiiiice. =P

Aw, JJ and IL had a BFF moment. That's sweet!

That dog is kinda scary. I hope he stays far away. At least from everyone we care about. I'm sure there's some we wouldn't mind him nipping at, and in fact, it might be amusing seeing the results. Hehe.. :slybendy:

Believe it or not, but I many times don't clean up until the last possible minute myself. Mainly because I might expect to be making another mess in the same place later, and why clean it when I'll just be messing it up again? Just clean it once, after all messes have been made. So despite my enjoyment of cleaning, you might not want to see my kitchen in the early afternoon. Better in the morning or later at night. :P So I entirely understand cleaning off the counter right before bed.

All the kids are going to be teens here shortly? Most of us haven't met Mac and Blooregard yet (have we?).

Blake Superior comes to mind, what with him being a cat and all. Changing into a dog every night... well, the game does come with a therapist. 8D

Sparky's met all of the Cassimans but I'm not certain about anyone else right off. However, this is a perfect example of what I had posted about earlier, on the subject of suggestions and requests. Y'all want to invite Mac's family over to the NF house? Give the word, it can be done. I am more than willing to listen to any thoughts you guys have, including those of you who aren't actually in the game, although the game does have it's limits. Don't be shy, I'm willing to try nearly anything. ;)

Okee dokee. :) I'd love to have the Cassiman's over for dinner some night. I'm curious to see how everyone relates to them. Fun stuff.

Thank you Cass!

Hard to say which is scarier, the dog or Duchess. Both growl a lot. 8D

It's on the Season Three agenda. It and all the other stories will have to wait for a bit, though. The game crashed again about two hours ago; what made this crash different is that it was on a small residential lot with no downloaded custom content in sight. Morover, it was a pre-installed lot and family that came with the game (the Broke residence, for those familiar with the game). Out of the blue and for no known reason, the game froze and up popped the crash message. I've therefore decided to uninstall and reinstall the game for the ten billionth time; I'm currently waiting for the dullards at EA tech support to send me the registry keys so I can get on with it. Aggravating, and it takes hours to do, but it can't be helped.

The final expansion for the game is due tommorrow. I still haven't installed the last expansion, for reasons I'm sure you're familiar with by now. I'm getting it anyway, along with the game guide, and for both games I await the return of Captain Fairlight. :slybendy:

Also, the Sims 3 is now available for preorder on Amazon. The base game is $49.99, the deluxe version is $69.99. Based on what I've read the game is too good to pass up. As with the Sims 2, I'll let Fairlight and co. deal with the built-in malware. :frankiemad:

Oh, one other thing; Stevie and Ivan got a womrat. They named it "Gary", dunno why. Here's a pic of an overenthusiastic Stevie playing with the little rodent:

You can almost hear the varmit saying "Help me". 8D

I'm pretty sure he is. After all, Stevie's blind isn't he?

Bloonan 08-29-2008 06:06 PM

That poor, poor, womrat. 8D

EDIT: Hey, wait a minute, my 200th post.
Thought it'd never happen.
