Grrrr I hate when they do that to movies. Yeah, it cuts the time, but it cuts the quality too. Doing it to the Fifth Element should be like.... illegal. Good movie.

I just finished watching Silent Hill. Yay!

The Untouchables

A personal favourite of mine. Usually films with a lot of gunplay leave me with a headache - this one is a glorious exception. I like it because you really do feel a strong sense of unity between the four lead characters, and there are moments which are truly touching, as well as those which are truly tense.

It also has one of the best closing exchanges to any film that I?ve seen, and the (highly eclectic) score is simply wonderful.

A Bug's Life

My like second favorite Pixar movie, after "The Incredibles". I'm so glad I bought the special collector's edition DVD for this movie. The cleaned up, enhanced visuals really make a difference when it comes to a Pixar movie.

Sean Connery 8-)

the only movie on par with "The Untouchables" in that same vein is "Bonnie and Clyde" IMHO

i was sick today, so i stayed home and watched "Tora, Tora, Tora" and "Green Berets" is about half over. Love it.

Dead Silence

I just got back from this like 10 minutes ago. GOOD movie, not as scary as I had hoped but the creep factor was definitely high. Really disturbing visuals and while the ending was a bit strange, this movie was not disappointing at all.

I'm glad "Saw" creators Sam Wan and James Leigh left the limping "Saw" franchise behind to make this movie.

TideLand

I enjoyed it, but my wife did not. She though it was too wierd. I did not think it was that weird.

300... It was very gory, but had some interesting editing in it.
