I turned 54 this past Tuesday, and my sister, a substitute teacher at a nearby elementary school had a calendar in which she noted the due date of the student's homework assignments, but she also had my birthday noted. When she noted it to her students, they all suddenly broke out in "Happy Birthday To You." I may not have been there to have heard it, but in Mary relaying it me made me feel warm all over.

Navy Bloo

Sorry for the double post, but I just cannot help myself. I got my vanity plates for my car today. I was going to get my AZ Vet plates, but you can only use five characters; instead, I got the AZ Freedom plate (the money still goes to support troops and vets), but I can use 7 characters. Here it is:

It has a double meaning: "Navy Blue", and I am a Foster's fan hence "NVY BLOO.

I took my Grandma out to eat at a mexican resturant earlier this evening. I ordered a vegitarian chimichanga. Grandma looks at it and says, "Oh! is that a 'chi-chimanga'" LOL. sooo funny :)
