Well, it snowed in A Lost Clause (no duh) so it means Foster's must be in Northern California; it doesn't snow in Southern California.

Sometimes, I like to think it's located at California, only because it's hilarious to picture Governor Arnold Schwarzenneger telling Frankie and the gang that they're permanently banned from the beach.
I'd believe the "close to Canada" theory, except, well, it came from IMPOSTER'S HOME... |
I'd like to reiterate that the flag that flys at Mac's school looks an awful lot like the first national flag of the Confederate States of America.
If that had any bearing on where Foster's was located, it'd be located down southways. Unlikely, given the show's visuals. Of course, the great thing about a cartoon is that the location doesn't need to be anchored. You can be close to the river, beach, mountains, snow, jungle in any given episode. |
For some reason, I always had it in my head that they lived in Oregon. Why, I'm not sure.

I also have no idea why you would think it. ;)
Anyway, I don't think Foster's is located anywhere, just in a fictional version of America (that's for sure in Foster's Goes to Europe). There's not that much logic in cartoons. All we know is it's not Canada either as seen in Imposter's, but it can't be too far away (and actually not too close) if you go there with a train. |
i think Foster's would b located in Kansas.cause in one of the episodes Bloo was bored and he was watching the weather and it said it was "Hot in Topeca",which is in Kansas.DU:D
