had to skip a gnarly graduation party tonight. Cops are everywhere. Got this one staked out :slybendy:

i did see about 5 massive coolers being lugged into the forest, though. And then i saw them bring the ice a few minutes later. Should have been pretty awesome. ::)

I knew that actually, I am just one of those fellows that sometimes call people of either sex, things like "dude" or "man" or "guy" and so forth. Don't know why, just one of my little quirks I guess.

Hopefully no harm was done, and we can now return to our regularly scheduled thread already in progress.

Nah, no harm was done; I just took it to be a general term. Like I call girls "dude" all the time. But yeah, now this is getting off topic...:P

So, college next... What do you plan to major in?

Imaginary Light 06-25-2007 06:39 PM

Well, since the school I'm going to doesn't offer theatre as a major, I'm majoring in English and minoring in Theatre. It's gonna be a fun time:)...I hope.

I know I?m a fair bit older than the school age, but this seemed like the most appropriate thread in which to share my joyful news. I just got my final university degree results morning (the end product of three whole years of accumulative toil and perspiration), and I got a 2:1! It?s a very good mark, and one which qualifies me for a further year of postgraduate study.

It?s hard and it?s stressful, but there?s something about student life which I find truly alluring, and I?m delighted to have at least another year of it ahead. :D

One is never too old for school, and postgraduate work certainly counts. You're right, too, about there being a certain allure to the academic life. Anyway, my congratulations, of course, and best of luck in the coming year! :)

on a good note i ended up passing math with a 70, which is the threshold between passing and not in my school. Boo Yah.
