How's school going?

I am leading Group 6 in my oral history class, which will be compiling a history of first Baptist Church of Garden Grove. We will have a 3000-word history, a timeline, and two oral history interviews.

We fired our guns and the British kept a'comin.
There wasn't nigh as many as there was a while ago.
We fired once more and they began to runnin'
down the Mississippi to the Gulf of Mexico.

Well, we fired our cannon til the barrel melted down,
so we grabbed an alligator and we fought another round.
We filled his head with cannon balls and powdered his behind,
and when they tetched the powder off, the gator lost his mind.

this song is about the Battle of New Orleans, which was fought AFTER the truce was declared. many, many limeys died, only a handful of Americans kicked off. This is what happens when you invade America.

I've been getting A's B's and C's in my classes! Within two weeks I raised my F in math to a C! My D in Language Arts to a C, and my D in Science to a C. I've got A's in Choir and Art, and I think I aised my D to a C in Social Studies. This semester though we're going from Art to Tech Ed. *Bloo's voice* I loooooooved Art! We all painted light houses. My Art teacher asked me if this was my first painting lesson. I said yes, and he seemed pretty suprised. He said I was a natural and that I was gifted. *smiles* Im so happy.
And me and Jason have been getting along really good, as always. (He's the one I said who punched his buddy in the stomache after they asked why I was so ugly on the day I was crying about Zack). Anyways, he's still pretending to be mad at me since I said he looked like a crayon when he wore this hat one day, when I went to give him a high five but said "syke!", and then told some girl that he wasin't manly enough to beat her up and she told him what I said ;D. Me and him like to tease eachother like that. But we're JUST friends people!.....or are we?. The other day he let me cut him and line, and his lunch that they set up on the counter, he let me have it, since we were getting the same thing. After recess when he was all soaked and sweaty after basketball he wanted to hug me but I said "No! Not tiill' after you wash those armpits!". Then two days ago he went up to me and asked me to kiss his booboo ::) (he barley scratched his hand during a game of basketball) and the teacher told him to get back in his seat.
Then, while pretending to be mad, he told me it was my fault he got a D on something, and we "play" argued a little bit ;). And is it me, or does it seem like the more friendly me and Jason are with eachother, his friend Shinky is less mean to me, if mean to me at all? Hmmm.....

Battle of New Orleans. May be offensive to the British and those (like me) who despise Andrew Jackson.
