Wow..... Quite a take on what happened due to SecurROM. Great story, I enjoyed it immensely! 8-) Glad everyone's safe and sound. Now to get settled so they can get back to their lives. Wishing for the best. :D

Haha, it takes talent to make a story out of SecuROM corrupting The Sims interesting :P

Yay! Season 2! Let's hope there are even more adventures and hilarity this time around! :D

First shot, just so y'all can get an idea of what's ahead:

On the far left, Sparky has decided that Linestra needs to be tickled. In the background, x_dummkoff_x and Imaginary Light are engaged in a spirited game of rock-paper-scissors. Off to the right, Lynnie has just walloped xxxClaire with the opening shot of a pillow fight. In the center, the newly-arrived Jekylljuice, not yet in her proper everyday attire, takes it all in and wonders what I've gotten her into. 8D

More to come as things develop. :D

Sparky 01-06-2008 02:49 PM

Lol, look out for my Sim and stuff like tickling and pillow fights. She used to do really crazy things that made people avoid her then I lowered her playfulness to more sane levels. (That high level works in my game for Bloo, though.)

Woot! Pillow fight! 8D

Hahahahahahahahahahaaaa!! 8D 8D 8D *Whack!* Wow, look at all the feathers fluttering around. What happened afterward?

Hi JJ! :)

It's a pleasure to be aboard. Really it is. Thanks for adding me, Cass. :smed:

So Sparky is only tickling Linestra in that scene? That's a relief. My first thoughts were that she was about to throttle her. :scaryberry:

Test run

Clarification: Wilt got out of the Valley at the same time as everyone else. What he had escaped earlier was the formation of the memory hole caused by the erasure of the Sim I lost. Wilt didn't know the Sim and had never met him so there was no memory for him to lose. Everyone else at Foster's did know him, however, as did a lot of other people, and the erasure blew a hole into their memories.

I have toyed with the idea of adding Sims of some of our more notorious banned members for y'all to exercise your more aggressive tendencies on. :bendy: In the meantime, believe me, there's already plenty of potential for conflict in this part of the Valley. Things could get very messy in the not-too-distant future.

(Heeheehee, bet that got their interest!) 8D

Technically, nothing; I was only in the house long enough to turn Jekylljuice from an adult back into a teen, after which I saved and exited. From there I went to another lot entirely and played the guy living there, mostly to see how things were running. At one point I sent him to the mall, and lo and behold, the game selected some familiar faces as fellow shoppers. Imaginary Light showed up and had a chat with Buffy Bratman in the mall salon:

For those who don't know her, Buffy is the mother of Sweetums, that horrible little girl fron House Of Bloo's. Quite an airhead. Elsewhere, Jekylljuice encountered this guy:

And was apparently not impressed in the slightest. I didn't catch his name but he's one of the Sims that come with the game. JJ and IL eventually ran into each other, and... well, you can see the result:

I am now convinced that teen girls do this all the time, just not when guys are looking. Teen guys on the other hand, we do different things entirely; we grunt, scratch, drum, giggle about bodily functions, you know how we are (we never outgrow it, either :bloocross:). Both of them met the Sim I was playing, too; IL hit it off with him quite nicely and JJ ended up arguing with him, yet she called him later that day. Go figure. And lastly, Coco showed up at the mall as well:

She is seen here in one of the employee break rooms, chatting with Fomalhaut (who will shortly be PM-ing me with a "change outfit" request). The subject is something they've heard rumors about, something called the Piano; neither of them has any idea what it is. None of the new arrivals do. Something worth looking into, I suspect.

Anyway, the tests ran well enough so I'm going to go play Foster's, followed by the Forum house. Stay tuned. ;)

Well, can you really blame me? Is he pretending he's in a swimming pool there?

Oh yes, and I notice I seem to have a thought bubble extending from my head during IL's assault. Does it contain anything interesting? ;D
