I wound up submitting a support ticket because I kept getting errors saying I was already logged in and the FAQ said that would require a support ticket so they can reset your account. They said its fixed but I haven't tried logging in again yet, we just got back from shopping. I really don't feel well today but it's the last day of the beta so I'm going to force myself to play if I can, lol. Don't know if my character's name has cleared yet but hopefully I'll see people I know on? I'm tired of people I don't know wanting to be buddies.

antgirl1 11-16-2008 11:50 AM

My character's name is Rhea Bennet, and is in the "main" game now...

Got booted off after a bad lag for some reason, though....

Sparky 11-16-2008 11:54 AM

Looks like I'm in this time. I'm still "Player 103533".

One Radical Dude 11-16-2008 12:09 PM

I called myself Lord Radical One. I'm about to get in.

Sparky 11-16-2008 12:25 PM

If you guys want to meet and buddy up or anything let me know...I'm doing a mission for Eddy now.

I'm not sure, but did they say this game would have it where you could talk to your teammates with a microphone? Because that would be much better than having to type stuff.

One Radical Dude 11-16-2008 01:34 PM

Meet me at Sector V. I'm next to Hoagie (Numbuh Two) at the top (where you have to use those springs).

antgirl1 11-16-2008 01:42 PM

Permission to spaz:

Yes, it's Rhea Bennet. =P

Further info to be found.

Sparky 11-16-2008 01:43 PM

Okay. I found I'm not good enough at platform jumping to get into Mandark's house so I can't complete my last two missions anyways. I'm the girl with a blue ponytail and black blindfold.

edit:

That. Is awesome. :D

One Radical Dude 11-16-2008 01:53 PM

Way to go, ant!

antgirl1 11-16-2008 01:53 PM

I know, right? I'll be sure to screencap Wilt (If possible) and his Fusion Counterpart. :D

It'll be hard to destroy the Fusion Wilt, though...XDDD

Sparky 11-16-2008 01:55 PM

ORD, are you still by Numbah Two? I've been standing on the hedge next to him for a while and I haven't seen you. (He's not in two different places is he? I'm near Buttercup.) What do you look like?

One Radical Dude 11-16-2008 02:00 PM

I wear a red cape, I'm wearing this watermelon-like helmet, have this gun that kinda looks like a megaphone, and I'm wearing dark pants.

Sparky 11-16-2008 02:07 PM

Well I am standing on the hedge RIGHT beside Numbah two, have been for a while, and I have not seen anyone fitting that description or with the name "Lord Radical One". :P

edit: I'm not waiting any more, after it took me 6 hours to get on the game in the first place! Numbah Five gave me a new mission so I'm going to go do that.

One Radical Dude 11-16-2008 02:14 PM

Either Numbuh Two is in two places at once, or we keep missing each other. :P

I moved to the Time Lab warp. I'm still up high.

Edit: All right. Do what you must do. I'll do a mission right now.

Sparky 11-16-2008 02:16 PM

Maybe he is in two places. I'm talking about the one you meet first on the lower part of the treeehouse. I have no idea how to get to the very top.

Sparky 11-16-2008 02:28 PM

And this mission has too-hard jumps too. :( I'm thinking I won't be a regular player of this game if people bad at platform jumping can't get very far.

antgirl1 11-16-2008 03:02 PM

So off I went on my journey, and found this out:

http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...ALLILUYAH2.png

What? Candy stolen?? UNACCEPTABLE.

http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...ALLILUYAH3.png

Okay, so they DIDN'T have the candy....it's at the school? Alright...

http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...ALLILUYAH4.png

Found the chest...empty. JUST LIKE MY SOUL. Holy crap, a WHAT? Fusion Wilt?? Grr....that thing took the candy! UNACCEPTABLE.

http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...ALLILUYAH5.png

Thanks for the complement. :D
Alright, the evil guys who REALLY got the candy were found and killed. Fusion Wilt must be dead-ahead.

http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...ALLILUYAH6.png

Don't scream! Don't run! (Kinda hard not to, though.) He's got that cannon, (ALL SHALL BOW TO LORD SNOTZAK) he'll shoot ya as you run! BOOM BOOM BOOM....
EDDY! THIS IS NO TIME TO LOOK STONED.

http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...ALLILUYAH7.png

.....D'awwwww....:D

Well, this mission was fun to do (challenging too), and in the end, destroyed Fusion Wilt and now I got me a cute Nano Wilt...Fun day. :D

Sparky 11-16-2008 04:23 PM

Awwwwwwwwww! :bloosmirk: I just got Nano-Eduardo but Nano-Wilt is cuter.

I'm taking a break. I can't stare at movie graphics very long without getting sick. :P

Tell me ant...do you NEED to have a Jump Boost to get through some of these platform-jumping areas or do I just suck major league? Because I swear there are some spots I just can't reach, so I wait for someone else to come along and do it so I can watch, and I swear it looks like they're not going to make it and then they suddenly teleport from mid-air to the far-away platform. Is that a jump boost or what?

Oh and, am I supposed to click the "go to time machine now" thing or just keep playing?

Yes, Nano Wilt is adorable....I luff him. :D

I'm not keen on the platforms myself, especially the "dead end"ish one...When I just CAN'T seem to go anywhere (maybe these are one of the few things that "don't work", like the site said on the launch page), I quit the mission and choose something else.

To be honest, the only missions you really HAVE to do is the ones relating to the Time Machine itself. Or, Computress' missions. Any others are mostly for "other" things to do while in the Future zone. If you want to go back to the Past zone (the main game, and you can't go back), you must be sure to be able to get the "Time to Go" mission. This really ISN'T a mission, but it'll take you to the Past zone.

But be warned, be sure you're at least level 4 before you go to the Past Zone...the easiest fusion thing is the Sneaky Spawn, who is level 4 as well.

In other news....my adventures just get better. I swear someone's just pouring me luck!

http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...l1/IllHelp.png

Wilt! THERE YOU ARE. FINALLY. I can die happy.

^Closer view.

Lynnie 11-16-2008 05:23 PM

lol, love the screen caps! Your first story about the fizzy rox made me laugh, and now I'm laughing again at Wilt's giant smile at announcing "Foster's is surrounded by monsters! Can anyone help?" 8D :D

I kind of wish I had gotten into games like this, it looks fun. But I really know absolutely nothing about playing them. :P

I find it funny when he verbally said "I wonder if it was something I said" when you click the close thingies at some point. IT WASN'T, WILT. It's just that you don't have any missions and I have no way of knowing how to help Foster's! 8D

Sparky 11-16-2008 10:17 PM

I fiiiinally went through the time machine; now the Past portion of the game has been loading for about 25 minutes so far and still has a little ways to go. I don't know if the beta goes down at midnight PST or what, but I'll keep trying to see as much as I can.

I found that the reason I was finding it impossible to navigate some of the jumping-platform areas was that some of the moving platforms simply weren't moving. What I don't know is if I somehow was able to "activate" one of them so I could finish fixing the time machine (if so I don't know what I did) or if it was a glitch in the game that was keeping those platforms stationary. If it was a glitch...that sucks. :P And if not, I wish I knew what you're supposed to look for to activate motionless platforms.

The game and my browser have crashed numerous times over the day btw, but at last I was always able to get back in unlike this morning.

Sparky 11-17-2008 11:03 AM

When I finally got to the Past (which isn't dramatically different from the Future or anything graphically) my monitor started refreshing over and over which made it quite hard to play. I tried lowering all the graphics settings etc and it may have helped but did not end the problem. I don't know what was so special about the Past area that my monitor/video card hated so much. Oh well.

Anyways I finally gave up at about one in the morning while trying to take down Fusion :blossom: and then I slept for a good ten hours, lol. I was tired. And, according to the Fusionfall site, there will be another preview on December 5-7. I wonder if our old characters will still be there. And if so, will I ever get my name approved or will I be "Player 103533" forever? :sadbendy:

We should start a Fusionfall area on the forum before the next preview I think. I think that would be helpful. I want to try and get as many players as possible on here to share their expereinces etc. I was thinking that rather than make a website guide for FF like I did with BFAHP I would mostly simply rely on other people posting info on the forum. There is NO way I am going to be "good" at this game or anything anyways myself. I believe there is going to be a FF forum on the FF site eventually, but it may have been only for the paying members I don't remember. It said so somewhere in the FAQ.

Cassini90125 11-17-2008 12:11 PM

I must admit that based on what I've seen and read thus far I find the game somewhat intriguing but I'm feeling iffy, at best, about getting involved with it. It certainly seems to be a cut above BFAHP, I'll say that much.

I agree, a separate area of the Forum for the game is a good idea.

One Radical Dude 11-17-2008 01:14 PM

Graphically, I agree that there's not much difference in the Past and Future time areas, though one would easily be able to see what's in the Past and what is missing in the Future. There's much more land (even some that appears to be locked) in the Past (Foster's Home appears there). The difficulty in the Past increases, also. I reached Level 7, Nanos: I picked up Numbuh Two, Eduardo, Eddy, Buttercup, Blossom, Wilt, and Dee Dee (I didn't get to try out Dee Dee, though). Oh, when your character dies or goes down (while your nano is activiated), the nano cries. lol Anyway, I am quite hooked on Fusion Fall; more than I expected.

antgirl1 11-17-2008 02:27 PM

I gaped, literally gaped when I saw that there was a Wilt nano at all, and it was right after defeating Fusion Blossom and getting her nano (Yay, nanos!). I would've gotten a better shot of Fusion Wilt if the a-hole didn't start attacking with his LAZOR CANNON OF DOOM. 8D

Oh, and in the Future, Eduardo is in the Cul-de-Sac Fortress of Cul-de-Sac Commons, whereas in the Past, Wilt takes his place. Likewise, Eduardo would say how Foster's was destroyed, while Wilt would keep saying that the house is being terrorized. Interesting.

Okay, the house is in trouble...Um. WHERE IS THE HOUSE, WILT? How are we supposed to help if we don't know where it is? 8D

Sparky 11-17-2008 02:58 PM

Looks like there were other ways to get into the beta, including private betas. I just found a MMORPG forum where they were *giving* out special beta access, to play before and after the public beta this weekend. How'd *they* get that? We're an actual Cartoon Network fan forum, CN shoulda offered betas to us. Poo. ;)

antgirl1 11-17-2008 06:45 PM

I ended up secretly getting in because my browser is set to save my "progress" when I browse around the web. I exited out because I thought if I was caught, it'd probably be a form of cheating and ban my account...=P

Sparky 11-17-2008 07:11 PM

AH. I see. Weird. You'd think they'd prevent that somehow...

I hope someone out there makes a good fansite for the game, with a forum etc. I think every MMORPG winds up with at least one unofficial site eventually. I'd join.

antgirl1 11-17-2008 07:15 PM

I'd need a fansite kit, some moderators, a skin designer...:bloocross:

ImaginarySidd 11-30-2008 08:34 PM

i wish to see this on a console, a guy can dream... i attempted playing but two reasons i couldn't 1. my connection is horrible and 2. it make internet explorer *and my laptop once* crash. :(

KazooBloo 12-17-2016 01:21 AM

It was a good game.
