I'm just finishing up "Eight Legged Freaks".

As we speak.

At home on DVD that is.

hottoepicker 10-12-2006 06:50 PM

i watched 'texas chainsaw massacre: the beginning' this weekend and 'x men 3' yesterday. tcm was good...nice and messy...and explained a lot. xm3 was ok, ok story, great effects, kinda sad though...i hope 4 will be more exciting.

I saw The Grudge 2 in the theaters at around 4:15. It was so dark I stumbled and fell down while trying to find a seat. I spilled a little of my popcorn, and scraped my knee. I'm just glad it didn't bleed.

Mr. Marshmallow 10-14-2006 04:27 PM

Grudge 2, just got back from it about an hour ago.

I was worried and disappointed with how the movie was going at first, some acting looked cheap and the scares were totally ruined by the giveaway music that was thankfully abscent in the freaky first film.

But, as the middle came along it got much better, one scene just flat out FREAKED me out of my wits (the counselor woman) for those who've seen it. It was creepy and had some unique ways to bring about the scares.

Overall, I was happy to not be disappointed and I left the theater satisfied which is what is always the most important thing to me when it comes to movies.

x_dummkoff_x 10-14-2006 04:32 PM

the last movie I watched was friday.
on VH1.
had to deal with it being edited.

DVD: House of Wax (remake)

taranchula 10-20-2006 09:43 PM

Cassini90125 10-21-2006 12:51 AM

At midnight this morning: "Ode To Billy Joe".

Nyo 10-21-2006 05:56 AM

Home: Shark Tale

Cassini90125 10-24-2006 04:59 PM

I recorded "Monsters, Inc." awhile back and finally got around to watching it earlier this evening. Considering how much I've heard about this movie I expected that the best part would be that I didn't have to pay for it. The truth is, the best part is that I get to keep it. :)

Nice job, Pixar. :)

Home: Fright Night

Sonic 10-25-2006 08:57 PM

The last movie I saw was "The Departed" and all I can say is, WOW. That movie is so awesome. I've seen it twice.

GrimTheLost 10-25-2006 10:04 PM

I watched NBC 3D in theatres and Over the Hedge at home. Both are awesome.

Mr. Marshmallow 10-28-2006 04:07 PM

In Theaters: Saw 3

To be honest, I didn't expect a whole lot from this movie and I was right about that. Aside from this being the goriest film I have ever seen in the history of film, this movie is really incoherent and downright confusing.

It's a mess of overloaded twists and turns with backwards explanations, and some crappy acting. Gore fans will no doubt be pleased with this, that's well and good, but if your looking for something DEEPER in Saw 3, I couldn't find it.

lucyrocks73 10-28-2006 06:29 PM

I saw The Prestige this afternoon, and it rocked.

That is freaky. Really freaky. Because that was the last movie I just watched, though it was at college for our Literary Analysis class.

SkittleMonkey 11-10-2006 06:41 AM

At home it's Monster House, and at the movies I saw Open Season.

Cassini90125 11-10-2006 08:22 AM

"House Of Bloo's" again, early this morning. Say what you will, GWH has a tough act to follow. :)

Dark "DC" Chaos 11-10-2006 08:40 PM

The last movie I saw was Borat, and that was a week ago in the local theater. One of the most original comedies I've seen in a long time, and a funny one, too, if a little gross in certain parts.

Invader Bloo 11-11-2006 11:25 AM

I'm going to see Borat next week, I love "Da Ali G Show".
I watched Return of the Jedi last, currentlywatching TPM. Cinemax is showing the SW movies in order for the whole weekend & I gotmy plasma/HD TV yesterday so SW is even better! :bloogrin

X-Cheese-fangirl-x 11-11-2006 02:19 PM

Nightmare Before Christmas: first part in Spanish and second in English. I love that film!! <3

Invader Bloo 11-11-2006 02:48 PM

Attack of the Clones, currently watching ROTS. These movies will also be on my TV all day tomorrow, so I'll be posting here after every movie tommmorow. :)

vannielou 11-11-2006 04:02 PM

Snow Day- I haven't seen that movie in ages

GrimTheLost 11-11-2006 06:50 PM

I saw Borat the day after it came out. Then I watched Who Framed Roger Rabbit yesterday.

kageri 11-11-2006 07:41 PM

At home, "The Emperor's New Groove". AKA "The last traditionally animated Disney movie that was actually good". And before that, "UHF". I love me some Weird Al.

Howard 11-11-2006 09:30 PM

"War and Peace" (Henry Fonda and Audrey Hepburn) Based off of Tolstoy's book (which I have read).

Mr. Marshmallow 11-15-2006 11:04 PM

At home:

"Resevoir Dogs"

Tarantino's finest work if you ask me, even better then his "Kill Bill" series.

Dark "DC" Chaos 11-15-2006 11:34 PM

Just this afternoon, I was watching Battle Royale on my PC.
Brutal movie; a few minutes of its action, and it's clear why the movie is so controversial.

Howard 11-16-2006 07:07 AM

I watched "Patton."

Mac 11-16-2006 03:25 PM

Santa Clause 3. I'm a fan of Martin Short so he was really the only reason I watched this.

GrimTheLost 11-17-2006 01:53 AM

I watched "Stranger Than Fiction". It was okay, it makes you think a little.

Carlaz 11-17-2006 06:39 AM
