I think that Dylan Baker is a pretty damned amazing character actor, and I would point to his performance in Happiness as my prime exhibit. As I said, the film as a whole I didn't really like - not that there's anything really wrong with it, but as with every Todd Solondz project I've seen it deals with troublesome subject matter in a disquietently understated way that's seemingly intent upon making the viewer feel as uncomfortable as possible, and I find them rather squeamish and difficult to sit through. But Dylan was magnificent in it. He handled what was clearly a very difficult role - one which a lot of viewers were going to find inherently controversial - and played it with a truly impressive amount of depth and sympathy. I've seen him crop up in a few more films since, and he's always a face I'm pleased to see. I'm not overly familiar with Curt Connors/the Lizard in his original form, but pretty convinced that he'd have it in him to portray such an antagonist in an interesting and three-dimensional way.

As for Batman Begins, I believe that my brother has the DVD, so odds are I'll see it again some time when I drop by his place. I think the scene which had me most elated would be when Batman called in his "reinforcements". That did get my heart whooping for a few moments - so Batman can talk to bats? Haha - result! 8-) All in all though I think that the Spider-Man films are better-suited to my personal tastes.

It looks like Lizard will be in the next movie. Everyone keeps saying they'd like him in it. (Stan Lee, One of the producers.etc..)
I like Lizard...

Scratch that Kraven would be cool if Lizard was in it.
