I started a new game of Pokemon Crystal on the old GBC a few weeks ago, which I've been playing pretty intermittently since. Who knows, I might even be able to finish this time. I very seldom ever completed a game of Pokemon in the past...oh sure, I have the skills, but I'm way too neurotic. I blame it on the fact that they only allow you to have six active pocket monsters at once. I always got fed up with the team I was currently raising, regretted not trying out a different combination, and switched off and started again, only to end up doing the exact same thing all over again a couple of weeks or so later. Well, one day maybe.

I wanna be the guy still.

Trying it on impossible to see how far I can get.

I've been in such a Mega Man frenzy that I actually dug out my old Mega Man for the Game Boy and started playing.:)

Reset my safe file yesterday.
Hopefully this time I'll beat the last boss without an infinite health cheat.

Mega Man 9 (Wii)

To those out there who think that there isn't enough games on the system that cater to the hardcore gaming crowd, then kindly spend the ten bucks to download this bad boy and prepare to be rocked by some good old fashioned 100% wholesome 8-bit goodness. (Yeah Capcom totally reverted back to NES styled sprites for this outing and believe me it works.)

Now this is the Mega Man I remember from my childhood. Easy to play, hard to master and a great great soundtrack.

Kirby's Super Star: Ultra (DS)

That's right ladies and germs it's everyone's favorite homicidal pink puff ball in a remake of his 1996 Super Nintendo classic.

If you get any kind of enjoyment out of the Kirby series, then do anything in your power to get this game.

It's already out? I didn't think it came out until October.

Anyways, I've currently been playing Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. I've pretty much been on a RPG spree, but honestly, there isn't a moment where I'm not.
