It's annoying as anything. But they swear it does something useful, so they don't want me to get rid of it for them. ::)

Meanwhile, the time has come again to have my car registered for another year, but I have yet to see the notice to do so come in the mail, and I'm worried. It may have gotten lost in the bulk mail I got while I was at my parents' place for a month and a half. I'm not sure what to do about it because I need the barcode and number on the notice to go through with the registration. :macwor:

Mine came up in the spam section which makes me wonder.::)

Yeah it turned out to be a "rogue antivirus program" which pretends to be an antivirus program that finds stuff, makes IE launch with porn sites, and tell you you need to buy this "program" to fix your computer. AVG couldn't fix it but I found something else that would, so hopefully its okay now. :P Yayfun.

Stupid people have buzzed my apartment four times today. They're here to visit apartment #4; I live in apartment #1. Read the buzzer labels, people. ::)

There seems to be thefts around me right now. Yesterday, a new neighbor who was moving in with a friend had to have his furniture and belongings dropped off apparently before his friend got home and/or he could get a key. Meanwhile, he organized his stuff in his friend's parking spot, as it's covered with a carport and it was raining quite hard. Poor guy was trying his best to keep as much as he could dry. This morning when I left for work, it appeared he still hadn't been able to move his stuff inside. And sometime during the night someone had come and picked through everything. The lamp I remember seeing was gone. The cushions were gone off the small sofa. There were bare hangers and torn boxes scattered all over the parking lot. :bloosad: Man, if it hadn't been raining so hard last night, I'm sure he would have just tried to sleep on the sofa or something, but it was just too wet last night, and I'm sure he found somewhere else to stay for the night. But dang, it just made me sick. :terrence: When I got home from work today, all his stuff was gone. I hope he was able to salvage what he could and get them into the apartment.

And, an acquaintance of mine had his car stolen last night. He tried spreading the word by sending out a mass text message to everyone in the area to keep an eye out for his car. Unfortunately, I don't think I've ever seen his car, but I had my eyes peeled for any small red car on my way home from work. I don't think I'd be able to help much. But again, man, it just makes me sick.

Okay, ever since the Fame Kills tour with Lady Gaga and Kanye West (I know, I know...I was going for Gaga. I love me some Lady Gaga.:P) was announced, I'd been looking forward to it like crazy. Crazy! So, yesterday the Livenation pre-sale tickets for Buffalo went on sale. I bought them right after class and got fantastic seats. Then, last night, it's announced the tour's cancelled. And why? Because of that whole Kanye West/Taylor Swift incident at the VMAs. I guess the promoters were really ticked off with him and so they dropped him from the tour. Instead of just continuing on with the tour with only Lady Gaga, the whole tour's been cancelled about a month before it was supposed to start. All because Kanye couldn't keep his big mouth shut.::)

Whatever. Gaga's touring again (alone) in March. So I guess I can wait. It still annoys me though.

Much to my disgust, someone in the building across the street from me has his Christmas lights up already. ::)

A couple houses in Tenino already have decorations up...

I'm thinking of Mr. Herriman's line "Better early then on time!" 8D :herriman:
