This is from "Bloo's the Boss". :) He's holding an "achievement award" that Madame F gave him when the sticker with his name on it peeled up to reveal Madame F's name underneath. So this is his expression when he learns his friends are trying to trick him into thinking that he had won an award himself, when he really didn't.
