Forget it!:jk: I'd rather see the gecko get his own show than watch this.

You know...I'm certain there weren't any, though I wasn't paying 100% attention.

There was however an ad for the show that was premiering next, "Carpoolers" or whatever its called, where the Carpoolers characters are carpooling *with* one of the cavemen. Either it was just the network doing a crossover for the ad (possible enough) or Carpoolers and Cavemen are set in the same "universe"...

I just watched it too. Meh, it had its funny moments, but nothing to compliment on. I can see why it didn't get the best reviews when it was first previewed last spring.

You know who'd I like to see get their own show? The Roaming Gnome! I love that little lawn ornament! 8D Ok, yeah, the poor little guy's show probably wouldn't be long lived though. But I'm sure it'd be funny while it lasted.

For many years I would have loved to see the M&Ms make a movie. I bet that would do fairly well (depending of course who all worked on it).

I've seen worse. Way worse. I can actually say that this one of the better of sitcoms of this decade. Though by judging much of the fare of this decade, it's arguable if that's a compliment. Carpoolers however was a real let-down. Which is a shame, it involved two people that I tend to root for, Jerry O'Connell and Bruce McCoulloch.

Oh, and I have no problem with theme songs. I'd rather they have none than that lame attempt they pulled during Carpoolers. Uch, where's Tom Arnold when you need him?

five bucks says it gets cancelled before season two. just because its a 22 minuite show based on a few 30-second commericals. but then again its got a great idea, and i didnt see it because, well, i havent had any tv since august. :( .

I am so with you on that one.

I'd be surprised if it gets through even one season. Who thinks up shows like this?

Um...nutty people? :cheesegrin:8D I'm with you there. I would be shocked, if this lasted an entire season.

Maybe I'm playing devil's advocate here, but if every show that had a cruddy idea and mediocre pilot was killed before it got it had a time to grow we'd be deprived of Cheers, Seinfeld, and just an all around assortment of decent programming.

I actually see a smidgen of potential here, and I would like to see if they can make it grow. The plug will be pulled by 13 if it doesn't get better, you can be assured of that. This isn't 25 years ago where a bottom rated show would stay on a few seasons before going out on top. With the audience split from rival networks both broadcast and cable it's either win or get cancelled.
