Running with Scissors (which includes Albuquerque), Bad Hair Day, and Poodle Hat are all good places to start if you are just getting into Weird Al.

It's some of his best work (though what Al-bum isn't?), especially with originals, and chances are you will recognize most of the song's he's parodying, as these are his 3 most recent releases.
