That's simply because:

- "OMGOMGWHATHAPPENEDTOWILTOMGOMG".
- Too many theories to count were made, on fanart, fanfiction AND ideas in general, that it ticked off the Foster's staff so badly, enough to go "ALLRIGHT FINE. WE'LL TELL YOU. JUST STOP IT.".
- Come on, dude, haven't YOU ever wondered WHY he had one arm and eye? At least the movie finally told us.

And besides, lately in the last season he hadn't hardly gotten any screen time. I think there were FOUR episodes IN A ROW, in Season five, that was centered around you and Mac. Each episode is 30 minutes long, (if you count the Ads) so all four episodes add up to...oh look. TWO HOURS OF EPISODES.

So there. :D

Well, you DID get it in that one episode where you made Herriman a fun-loving dude. :D
