Here's what they handed out on my flight:

These arrived in a plastic tray with a blue-and-white wrapping labelled "Snack Pack". Thank you, Delta. 8D

That's it, all right. The second time around they pass out Sun Chips.

Imaginary Light 08-02-2007 08:20 AM

Wow, um...that's quite a meal.

In the 1st class section they got a package listed as "meal". I have no idea what was in it. Later in the flight we got Sun Chips, too. Both courses had a choice of beverages, mostly carbonated. For $5.00 you could get booze, although not enough to take your mind off the fact that you're 30,000+ feet above the ground. :P

Not mention swerving around cumulonimbus (thunderstorm) clouds over Texas.

We hit turbulance once during the trip home, but I can't say I thought it was any big deal. It felt like driving over an area of shallow potholes, nothing more. Could probably have been far worse, I suspect. :P

Part of the reason why I don't like to travel is because I have a real fear of getting on an airplane. I'm sure the payoff is worth it, but I doubt the other passengers would appreciate me freaking out the whole time.8D

Worst thing about the Con being over is I'm allergic to Sacramento. :'( I was fine down in SD but I've had terrible allergies since we came home. How wrong it is to have to live someplace where you have allergies. -_- Especially when you've seen what its like to *not* have them.

One Radical Dude 08-02-2007 11:32 AM

Eeek. I do not look forward to Tuesday night/Wednesday AM, because my allergies act up more where I live, too. :wiltshock:

I think I got sick with something. It's minor, but my throat's been bothering me since yesterday.

WHO WAS THE GERM CARRIER? Was it part of the Fosters staff?
