Oddly enough, it's still on Comcast where I live. Glad I got to catch it when I did. It's the best Season 4 episode by far.

Viva la Sharkhead and Purple!

Seriously, though.....I think this was one of Bloo's shining moments. The entire sequence between Mac and Bloo once Bloo starts his

House for Imaginary Friends
has to be one of the best "back-and-forth" moments between Mac and Bloo in the entire series, in my honest opinion. I loved every second of it, and, in a way, wish I was watching it again right now.

By the by, I was about to say I could've watched an entire episode of Bloo just doing the whole Sharkhead and Purple schtick, but I really just did so that would kinda be repetitive.

*dies from bad news*

I'm getting them in December. ...aaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

But I'm getting Cartoon Carnival, some CN Special thingy and the host is... Bloo!
But America must have already got that cuz it's just impossible that Belgium has something America doesn't. (French fries and waffles not counting :P)

Well I FINALLY got to see it! Chuck was so adorable, but his real owner was almost creepy! Still, I've known "cat people" like that, for real. I loved the whole bit with "Purple" and "Sharkhead"(poor Sharkhead-I hope they find him)and the interaction between Mac and Bloo, as well as how Madame Foster saves the day...and that family who tried to adopt Chuck reacts when they get the bill from the police, SWAT Team, fire dept., etc., sent to find a "stolen" cat, of all things.

Did anyone other than me get a really big laugh out of Bloo saving Chuck's puked-up hairball? Only someone who's experienced stepping on a fresh one of those, barefooted, in the middle of the night, would appreciate that, LOL!

I know what you mean: midnight encounters with cat upchuckings is not fun.

I finally got to see it as well.

Didn't break any new ground for the show, just another Bloo shenanigan...

Still, it was plenty entertaining. I really enjoyed it.
Purple... Hahahahahahahahahahaha

Fop, he hosted the Cartoon Network event this past summer with Mac in the US of A.

And the screen grabs are already up! Thanks, Cynthia.

Please don't call me Cynthia. :P And I took those back when the episode was on Comcast On Demand.

OK, I've thought long and hard over this, but maybe Purple and Sharkhead are like a superego and id to Bloo (if you don't know what that means, think of all those scenes where somebody has a little angel and a little devil on opposite sides of the characters head, coaxing to do what right/wrong, etc.). Purple is like Bloo's compassionate/cute site and Sharkhead's his mean/nasty/cunning side.

What's also interesting is that Bloo treats them as seperate characters/things, and since he's inprov'ing them both, he's basically talking to himself, even though he thinks they're seperate beings. Maybe it's a byproduct that IF's can't make their own IF's.

I think everyone is thinking WAYYYYYYYY and I stress the WAYYYYYY too much into this. Bloo was being down right stupid and he was so absorbed into his piss poor illusion that he had imaginary friends, he just kept the gag going.

Plus, it would be boring if Bloo just did this by himself and didn't talk to anyone. I seriously doubt Purple or Sharkhead have any psychological identities and will ever appear again. There a joke and I don't think they will become anything more.

I don't think Bloo thinks there real, I think he knows there fake and he's just trying to delude Mac (and maybe himself) into the fact he was doing something nice which was the whole point.
