Congratulations! ;D

Oh, by the way:

I'm holding you to this. 8D ;)

Sparky 02-18-2014 07:09 PM

Lol! Well, as it will be like 95% GM's house, I'll have to see what he says first.

Sparky 04-29-2014 07:51 PM

We just signed the closing/loan/whatever papers for our new house. We should have the keys in our hands within the next couple days. :D

Here's a preview

As I said on dA, excellent and congratulations. ;D

Looks pretty dang nice, too.

Back in the beginning of April (April 5 to be exact) I had the pleasure of meeting Lady Gaga, her boyfriend Taylor Kinney (from Chicago Fire) and her parents. If you know anything about me at all...you know how big of a deal that was for me lol

Wow, I can imagine. That's a definite "Made my day" moment. ;D

Feel free to post any pics you may have of the event, by the way. ;)

No pictures were allowed, unfortunately. We were in her family's restaurant in NYC and her bodyguard was telling everyone he didn't want pictures taken because he didn't want anybody tweeting them causing hordes of people to show up. But I did get to talk to her and she even waved good-bye to us as they were leaving. My friend and I were in NYC that weekend to see her perform at Roseland Ballroom (she was playing 7 shows there before they closed the venue forever), and the next day, while we were waiting in line, she sent us cupcakes, and we got in an hour earlier than we were supposed to to watch her do soundcheck. Best weekend of my life, hands down :)

That is pretty awesome to be able to talk with someone you admire :)

Definitely, and she was so down to earth (her whole family was actually). I made a video of clips I took at the show - the first couple of clips are from the soundcheck which is something I was so grateful to experience. If anyone's interested, here it is :) I believe there's some NSFW language in it though, so be warned ;)

I saw the clip - pretty cool. She donated her piano she had as a kid to the Arizona Music Museum. I saw it when I took my father there.

Awesome, I'd love to see that

I went out for my evening walk, as usual. Hadn't been down to CVS in a couple of weeks so I stopped in for a Coke, which I took to my favorite spot near Bank of America, where I like to hang out, drink, and let my mind wander as I watch traffic. There's a vacant storefront next to Bank of America; there's been some work there but until tonight I had no idea what new business might be going in there. Well, now I know:

http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1...psgnpirssa.jpg

No idea when they'll be open, what exactly will be on the menu (besides wings), or what their hours and prices will be. Nonetheless, this really made my day. Cassini is greatly pleased. ;D

Edit #1 - Found their menu:

http://www.wingstop.com/menu/

I love Google. 8D

Edit #2 - Open until midnight. I'm usually out between 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM. This just gets better and better. Looking forward to Opening Day!

Saw this at Comic-Con last week:

You have no idea how much I am looking forward to this.

Some time ago, a site I used and enjoyed a lot was killed by corporate greed:

I got a lot out of this site, and now it's gone because of short-sighted corporate stupidity. Thanks a lot, Wizards of the Coast. :frankiemad:

Not anymore. They've been back for some time, unbeknownst to me until yesterday, resurrected by a group operating in the Republic of Palau:

Needless to say, Cassini is greatly pleased. ;D

Three brand-new Frankie Foster pics on dA this morning, and they're all good:

I am very happy right now.

Sparky 09-05-2016 07:15 PM

I just got back from SacAnime, and there was a group cosplaying Frankie, Mac, and Madame Foster. I didn't get a shot of Madame Foster but here's the other two.

Just thought I'd share.

Lynnie 09-06-2016 07:59 AM

So cute!! And here I was fearing everyone had forgotten they exist except us! :D

Cassini90125 09-07-2016 07:01 PM

Nice to see some people still cosplay the classics.

Cassini90125 12-12-2016 11:24 PM

I love it when new restaurants open in my area. Here's the latest:

Looks great; looking forward to dining there sometime early next year.

New videos from people I'm subbed to.

Cassini90125 06-07-2017 09:29 PM

Walgreens got a huge new pile of cheap DVD's yesterday. I made little happy noises as I poked around in the bin, seeing what they had. I picked up a set call "The Jurassic Collection" that contains seven B-grade monster movies that have absolutely nothing to do with Jurassic Park. 8D

I think my collection of bad movies is about to expand quite a bit. 8D ;D

KazooBloo 06-08-2017 10:35 PM

Having a day off of work.

Getting last post in a topic. 8D

Nitwit 03-09-2018 02:43 PM

Well, Blue's Clues is getting a reboot soo... This could be either fun or weird to watch. Also, the CGI is a little too detail.

KazooBloo 03-14-2018 06:26 PM

They can't! It was bad enough when Steve went to college, but they can't reboot it. I have a feeling it'll all be animated.

Cassini90125 02-14-2019 01:56 AM

It's coming this November.

Ugh. Frozen was one of the worst Disney movies I've seen. :(

Lynnie 03-05-2019 01:13 AM

People just love to hate that movie. ::) I had my critiques for sure, but I personally love Frozen. The teaser looks awesome, I look forward to seeing the new movie!

That is too precious! Joey kind of had a connection like that with a few of his toys, but he wouldn't carry them everywhere like that. And now Melody doesn't really have a connection with any of her toys. *sigh*
