My favorites are the girl with the cat, and the purple octopus. The octopus is even holding a candle for some reason. I'm not sure if it was suppose to be holiday related or not, but it was in an ad for some websight. And the girl with the cat, well, she's just so totally me. :bloosmirk: Except Joey is gray not orange.

Nice set. I'm liking the B&W one most, although I don't recognize the character.

I don't know where that black and white one is from either. I found it on an ad for some comic book sight while visiting an animation/cartoons sight earlier today. In fact, I think all of these are from ads, and most of them were on animation sights so they have something to do with cartoons, video games or comics. :)

Kind of like my approach; I blunder into a pic, think it's "av-able", download it, and open Paint. Seems to work fairly well. ;)

2, 17, 19, and 23 are from my camera. #1 is the first non-Sims game I've picked up in longer than I care to remember. 12 and 14 are Sims. The rest are from various sources from around the internet, modified in various ways by Paint.

#18 is actually a single blue pixel on a black background, magnified by Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. I made a screencap of the magnified image, magnified that, and made another screencap, which eventually became the avatar. Works well with other colors, too.

Not a clue. In truth, I don't recall what site I found the original picture on. The image itself is at least two months old.
