What a lovely old peice. Nice big pendulum too.
Why at a hospital? Seems oddly specific. Well the future is an unwritten book and there's no flicking foward to see what will happen but it'd probably surprise you enormously if you could.

You can remember. It's the best any of us can do.
Me I'm working away as usual, more clients than there are days in the week sadly. Still waiting for my contract to be renewed on my biggest job but they're still paying me somehow. In a few years time when all my debts are paid off, if I can still manage to work at this rate, I'll be very wealthy indeed. Heres a tip for you, Fhf, avoid debt as much as you can. Sadly if you want a house, a car, a business or even just to study, it's practically impossible.

Yeh I'm really sorry about that. I can't imagine how you must feel about it. I miss every pet I've ever owned but at least they all went because it was their time.

It's probably not for me to say. At least you won't have to hire a van or anything.

Filled with rage! Action is being taken, plans drawn up, allies mobilised but it's probably too late. Always too late. Where are you moving to, then?

Hello Fhf. I'm afraid the Bat never actually let go of the space shuttle so probably became the first Bat in space and then the first Bat to die in space. So it goes. What could they do? You'd think it would have fluttered away as soon as those rockets started firing but it didn't. It's a shame. I like Bats. So how are you?

Yes. A Bat just held up the launch of the Space Shuttle. Can't say fairer than that.
