He claims he owns one of those Civil Defense noisemakers (which I recently became disinterested in) and he has taken 3 days to upload a simple 3 minute video showing it off. Same thing, with a photograph of it.

Same thing happened last year, with a different guy.

This one guy keeps spewing non stop lies, and I am disallowed from blocking him, family, still can't find a proper wall clock, the usual.
