Hi Sparky, I am feeling better, but still a long way from being healthy.

I have filed Ch 7 before. It will not be so bad. I own property which helps. The funny part is I am glad I am starting over and I am not really affected one way or the other. I just plug away at work, and I hang out with my friends as much as possible. I hope that pans out for you; I hope all goes well. We will see this cruddy economy through.

Hi Sparky - I thought I would drop a line and see how things are. I paid the lawyer the final fee to file my Chapter 7 (I still come out of it with the house, car, and job). I will be having my ex-GF/roomie served a 30 day notice to move out. In other words...it is time to start over and anew.

I hope everything goes well. I have a friend who attends trade shows trying to sell his product, and it is a successful business. During this rotten economy, he has been working with other businesses and his investments.

Hi Sparky. I have been sooooo busy (overtime). I lost two people on my team (permanently), and I just took short term disability (a medical leave). I have to have the meds adjusted again.
