    Yeah.

Check my gallery. I built up a couple Diesel Engine models.

No, the soundtrack also refers to him as Kipper...I didn't actually own that particular item, but I do remember looking at it once.

Ah well, even though I was fully aware at the time just how bad the movie was, that didn't stop me from owning a tie-in Panini sticker book and collecting the various stickers that went with it. At one point, owning and collecting for Panini sticker books was a fairly costly hobby of mine (though I think that only three of them were ever completed - Dalmatians remake wasn't one of them). Anyway, they had a recap of the story in there, and the dog in question was duely identified.

The main problems with Dalmatians: The Remake was that they a) robbed the animal characters of the power of speech and downplayed their side of the story, which was a huge loss, b) tried to turn it into some kind of Home Alone knock-off, in which the animals set nasty and improbable traps for Cruella and her gang, and c) featured wild animals which are not found in the UK, like raccoons and skunks (Paul Whitehouse was obviously particularly irked by that last point, since he made fun of it in a Fast Show commentary, for which Mark, incidentally, wasn't present). As for Jungle Book: The Remake, I never actually saw that one. So it could have been a lot better, though clearly it's still the 60s animated classic that people remember...based on the writings of another Kip(ling).

Personally I love the name Cruella de Vil - it's hard to imagine anyone in real life allowing themselves to be stuck with it, but in the context of the story it works.

In the Disney film, the whole liver-spotted dalmatian subplot is excised, so Pongo's mate inherits her moniker instead, and is much more intelligent in the film than she is the book. I very much recommend the Disney classic, though unfortunately, it did fall victim to a rather obnoxious Disney practice which originated in the 90s but fortunately didn't really catch on (as the DTV cheapquels sadly did) - that is, to remake their old animated classics in live action. That and the Jungle Book were the only ones they actually got around to doing, I believe. Aside from the fact that Mark Williams and Hugh Laurie are in it, the remake seriously doesn't have anything going for it. Oh, and also there's a dog in it named Kip(per), but they don't actually say his name in the film itself, so what's the freaking point?

Nope, everything is either not filling, or, you have to cook it, which is not an option right now.

The food store is a mile away, and it's a tad late. Plus, parents would raise a fuss, anyways.

Oh yes, the Twilight Bark. That was a stroke of genius. I did the read the book as kid, though I've got to say that I generally preferred the 1961 Disney adaptation. As I recall, there was quite a nice scene in the book that never made it to the movie in which an elderly man discusses some dalmatians from his past with his own dog (a spaniel, I believe), but I remember being slightly bugged by just how dumb and useless all the female characters basically were in the source. The benevolent females anyway - the story did, after all, spawn one of the most memorable female villains of all time, though that might have more to do with Disney's portrayal of her. I forget how she comes across in the book - it's been a while since I've read it.

Only the breadsticks, unfortunatly. Would've added something else to it, but, I couldn't.

    What'd you eat today?
